The Cloud
An interactive sculpture that responds to human interaction and expresses context awareness using hundreds of sensors and over 15,000 individually addressable optical fibers.
As an intern at the MIT Mobile Experience Lab in the summer of 2008, I created software to exercise the piece and kept the system running with real users for the duration of Pitti Imagine run fashion tradeshows at the Fortezza de Basso in Florence, Italy. (Adapted from TheCloud.ws)
